Email Stationery allows you to brand every outgoing email with your company logo, contact details and links to your website. Email stationery consists of a HTML template. This is fitted into your Outlook/Outlook Express package in moments. Each time you send an email, you begin with a template, in much the same way as you pick up a piece of letter headed paper. Essentially, the template can contain anything. The standard company email template may consist of:

• your company logo
• your address, telephone and fax numbers
• your web address (can be quite large if required)
• a graphic sourced from your site or promotional items
